Investment Experience: Michael has been investing in real estate since the market downturn of 2010. Michael prides himself upon being a value investor and investing in assets that most investors shun. Michael has started 3 companies since graduating college with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering. He recently completed his M.S in Engineering Management and will be continuing his Executive MBA at Kellogg School of Management. Siemens has recognized these talents and moved him up the corporate chain exponentially as compared to standard corporate growth trends. He currently is leading Siemens new business venture into the private equity energy market. Michael is able to implement all of his core competencies of business, engineering, entrepreneurship and finance in this new business venture. His analytical approach and market models provide H&M a distinct advantage in real estate investing. The execution, construction, and project management responsibilities he carried out while he was leading the development and erection of the world’s largest multi-billion dollar power plants in the world, has provided Michael the confidence to manage any real estate project.
